This special fourteen-day journey follows the path of the great exodus from Egypt to Jordan and to Israel, on the same Biblical route of the Exodus, “walk where Moses walked” including Mount Sinai, Elim, and Mara. Marvel at one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Pyramids of Giza, and look upon the Promise Land of Israel, and “walk where Jesus walked.” in this three-nation tour for 14 days.

Upon arrival in Cairo, our representative will assist you with the formalities of security, customs, and luggage recollection then along with our guide, accompany you to the hotel for check-in, relaxation and dinner.

“I am God, the God of thy father; fear not to go down to Egypt” (Gen. 46: 3-4)

Hotel Location: Cairo

Breakfast at the hotel in Cairo. Visit the Great Pyramids and Sphinx at Giza plateau. On to visit the grand Museum which displays the ancient Egyptian treasures. In the evening, enjoy dinner on board the sailing cruise featuring the folkloric show. Overnight in Cairo.,

And he called for Moses and Aaron by night, and said, Rise up, and get you forth from among my people, both ye and the children of Israel; and go, serve the LORD, as ye have said. Also take your flocks and your herds, as ye have said, and be gone; and bless me also (Exodus 12:31-32).

Early morning, climb Moses mountain. It was this mountain where Moses received the Ten Commandments. Descend for breakfast at the hotel. Visit St. Catherine’s monastery. View the burning bush and Moses well. Drive to Nuweiba. Free day by the beach. A perfect spot for swimming and snorkelling.

Breakfast at the hotel, we follow the ancient desert routes, now paved and still in use as major roadways, until we come to the coast and the present village of Nueiba. From here the Children of Israel continued foot along the Red Sea shore, passed through Eilot and entered what is now the Kingdom of Jordan, crossing both borders, in Taba – from Egypt to Israel, and from Israel to Jordan via Arava. Again, following the path of the Israelites during the Exodus, we continue to the land of Edom, Ammon and Moab, nations in the Bible that stood against Israel as they came to the Promised Land. Once inside the land of Edom, we drive to Petra, the traditional home of Ishmael and Esau. Edom is mentioned repeatedly in the Bible and was the capital of the Nabateans up to the 3rd century B.C. Our accommodations for the night will overlook Mt. Hor the burial site of Aaron, Moses’ brother.

And the children of Israel, even the whole congregation, journeyed from Kadesh, and came unto mount Hor. And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron in Mount Hor, by the coast of the land of Edom, saying, Aaron shall be gathered unto his people: for he shall not enter into the land which I have given unto the children of Israel, because ye rebelled against my word at the water of Meribah. (Numbers 20: 22).

Breakfast in the hotel; In the morning we visit the main sites of Petra, with its monumental tombs, magnificent temples, and huge public buildings which were magnificently carved with exquisite detail, in the red rock of the Idumean Desert, today declared as one of the 7 World’s Marvels. From Petra travel north on the Way of the Kings, mentioned in Numbers 20:7, 21:22, passing close to the site of the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. We continue until we reach Amman, the capital of Jordan. This city was once the capital of the Ammonite Kingdom, whose sons were defeated by King David’s army.

Breakfast in the hotel; Brief City Tour before exiting Amman on our way to Mt. Nebo, from where Moses saw the Land of Milk and Honey, and where he remained without entering the Promised Land.

And the Lord spoke unto Moses that selfsame day, saying: Get thee up into this mountain Abarim, mount Nebo, which is in the land of Moab that is over against Jericho; and behold the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel for a possession. And die in the mount whither thou goest up and be gathered unto thy people; as Aaron thy brother died in mount Hor and was gathered unto his people. (Deut. 32: 48-50).

Looking across at the Promised Land, we can see the Dead Sea, the Jordan River, and the oasis at Jericho. Meandering our way down along the winding road we leave the mountains behind and enter the Jordan River Valley heading to St. George orthodox Church in Madaba, where the oldest map of the Holy Land, and especially of Jerusalem, is presented in Mosaic. Cross the Border to Israel above the Jordan River. After concluding the border crossing formalities, and being welcomed by the Israeli team, travel further north to the Sea of Galilee.

Breakfast in the hotel; our day commences in the recent excavation and restoration of Magdala, the town of Mary. Continue to the nearby Mount of the Beatitudes, where the Sermon on the Mount was preached. Approaching the seaside in Tabgha, commemorate the Multiplication of the Bread and Fish, Peter’s Denomination, and the place of the Miraculous Fishing. On to Capernaum, Peter’s home village where Jesus, probably, fixes His Main “base”, during the years of His Public Ministry. Sail the Sea of Galilee while remembering the miracles done by Jesus in and around these waters. In the afternoon travel the Galilean Heartland visiting Cana, where Jesus’ first miracle takes place during the Wedding in Cana of Galilee. Continue to Nazareth, Jesus Hometown where he passes His infancy, childhood and manhood, the place of the Annunciation. Visit Mary’s Well, the Basilica of the Annunciation, and the nearby St. Joseph’s Carpentry. Return to Tiberias for our dinner and overnight

Breakfast in the hotel; Depart the Sea of Galilee to Mount Tabor, climbing up with a caravan of taxis, to visit the Basilica of the Transfiguration. Crossing the Armageddon Valley, scenery of the Apocalyptic battle according to Revelations, drive up Mount Carmel, major center of Prophet Elias actions. Visit the local church of the Mukhraka, the place of the confrontation of Elias with the Prophets of the Baal took place. Enter the harbor city of Haifa, beautifully coronated by the magnificent Bahai Gardens and Temple. Visit the Stella Maris Carmelite Monastery, enjoying a breathtaking panoramic view of the Northern Israeli scenery, all the way to the Hills of Lebanon. Our journey continues along the Mediterranean Sea arriving at Caesarea Maritima, the Roman administrative Capital of Judea, during Jesus’ days. Here Cornelius becomes the first gentile baptized to Christianity, and Peter and Paul were imprisoned. Continue to the Metropolis of Tel Aviv, Israel’s main commercial center. Dinner and overnight Tel Aviv

Breakfast in the hotel; travel to the quarter of Joppa, the main harbor of Israel during Biblical times. From this harbor Jonas tries to escape from the divine mission, and here Peter resurrects Tabita, and has his Impure Animals Vision, on the terrace of the house of his friend, Simon the Tanner. After visiting the Basilica that commemorates Peter’s Vision, walk to the nearby Flea Market. Driving along Tel Aviv’s main avenues and arteries, walk along the Carmel Market, among the last open markets in the country. The remnant afternoon will be free to enjoy Tel Aviv’s shopping centers. Dinner and Jerusalem

Breakfast in the hotel; travel along Route # 1, taking us to Jerusalem. Our first stop is on Mount Scopus, where we pause for our own Triumphal Entry Ceremony, in front of Jerusalem's Old City Walls.

“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces. For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee. Because of the house of the Lord our God I will seek thy good.” (Psalm 122)

Travel the short distance to the Mount of Olives to visit the Place of the Ascension and the nearby Carmelite Church commemorating Jesus teaching of “Our Father”; walk along the Hosana Path (Palm Sunday) to the chapel of Dominus Flevit, where Jesus cries while prophesizing the future destruction of His beloved city. Continue to the Garden of Gethsemane, with the millennia-old Olive Trees, in the place that commemorates Jesus Passion. Crossing the Kidron Valley to Mount Zion visit the High Priest Caiaphas house. On to King David’s Tomb and in the Upper Room, visit the Last Supper Room. Crossing Zion Gate into the Old City, walk the Armenian, Muslim and Jewish quarters heading to the Wailing Wall. Exit the Old City via the Dung Gate, along the outer wall, above the Valley of the Gehenna, and in front of Jaffa Gate. Dinner and overnight Jerusalem

Breakfast in the hotel; Today we drive to Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus and home of King David, Ruth, and Boaz. On the way, we visit the Tomb of Rachel, Jacob’s wife, proceeding to the Shepheard’s Fields and the ancient Basilica of the Nativity. Back in Jerusalem, we enter the Old City by the Lions Gate, pausing in the nearby Bethesda Pools. Walk along the Market Place following Jesus' path to Mount Golgotha, the Garden and Empty Tomb, here we pause for reflection and communion. Visit Shiloh (depending on security same day) Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem

Breakfast in the hotel; travel eastbound to the Palestinian village of El Azaria, the biblical Bethany, home of Lazarus, Martha, and Mary, where we visit Lazarus Tomb. Continue our journey to the lowest place on earth, the Dead Sea basin. Travel along the Dead Sea shoreline, seeing the Caves of Qumran, where the Essenes, deposit the Dead Sea Scrolls. make a brief stop in Jericho, pausing under the Sycamore Tree, and seeing the Mount of Temptation, where Jesus stays 40 days and nights, and where he Rejects the Devil. Return to Jerusalem for our dinner and overnight.
